Need a few creative ways to get all that water in? Try these tried and true tips to ramp up your water intake:
- Freeze It – Make ice cubes with your favorite fruits and vegetables or frozen fruit and float them in your water.
- Blend It – Blend cucumbers or watermelon right into your water!
- Sync It – Use a smart water bottle that syncs to your tracking device and flashes to remind you to drink. The app also keeps track of how much water you drink.
- Flavor It – Spice up your water.
- Floral – lemon, lavender, or rosemary
- Tropical - pineapple, splash of coconut water, mango
- Fruity – strawberries, raspberries
