Lifestyle Management Blood Pressure Program

If you have ever tried to make a life change — such as lowering your blood pressure — you know how hard it can be. The good news is that our registered dietitians are here to help.

High blood pressure can increase your risk of heart disease, kidney disease, and stroke. Fortunately, your blood pressure may be lowered through diet and exercise, and our registered dietitians are available at no cost to help you get it under control.

What We Offer

  • An initial meeting with a dietitian who will assess your diet and lifestyle. You will then work together to develop strategies to lower your blood pressure — strategies that have been proven to work and fit into your lifestyle.
  • Four monthly visits at convenient appointment times and locations with a registered dietitian to monitor progress and fine-tune strategies over two months.
  • Blood pressure checks at each visit.
  • Support and encouragement all along the way.
