Lifestyle Management Programs

You can become healthier — and stay healthier — by making small, meaningful lifestyle changes that you can maintain over time. We can help you get there.

Our team of physicians, dietitians, and counselors will work along with your primary care physician to help you reach your health goals. Our first step will be to meet with you and listen. We want to make sure we have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve. Then, we will work with you to create a personalized plan to improve your health. This plan will be based on lifestyle strategies that have been proven to work. And we'll provide support and encouragement along the way!

Our no-cost lifestyle management programs include individual or group programs to help our participants:

Get Rewarded

To jump-start your efforts in leading a healthier lifestyle, eligible* individuals may receive a $100 incentive once per calendar year for completing a lifestyle management program. Find out if you're eligible by viewing our eligibility table.

Prescription drug discounts are available for active participants enrolled in the tobacco cessation program. Eligible participants must be enrolled in a University Health Plan to receive the Nicotine Replacement Therapy drug discount. Participants under the University's HSA-Eligible plan are not eligible for the prescription drug discount until after meeting their deductible and before reaching their out-of-pocket maximum.
