Lifestyle Management Weight Loss Program

If you have ever tried to lose weight, you know how hard it can be. The good news is that our lifestyle counselors and registered dietitians are here to help.

Our first step will be to meet with you and listen. We want to make sure we have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve — whether it be to fit into that favorite pair of jeans, decrease your risk for disease, reduce your medications, or just feel better overall. Then, we'll work with you one-on-one to design a weight loss plan that works for you.

Our approach has worked for many people. It is based on the results from research studies that have shown how adopting a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition can help you lose weight and keep it off. It can work for you, too! Our supportive team of physicians, registered dietitians and social workers is ready to help you eat healthier and be physically active.
