A tobacco dependence counselor will help you over six sessions build a plan to manage withdrawal symptoms, prevent and manage relapses, and improve overall health.

Meet with a registered dietitian over three sessions to learn how nutrition and lifestyle impact your long-term health, and discover new ways to overcome your dietary challenges.
After completing Fitness 101, work with a certified personal trainer over six sessions to develop a strength program designed to support your fitness goals. Sessions include assessments and guided workouts.

Receive tools, support, and encouragement to make and maintain lifestyle changes. Individuals must be eligible to participate; eligibility will be determined at enrollment.
